    Where do I find Interplak® replacement brush heads?
    The website carries brush heads for all Interplak® models.
    • You can also order them online from various websites (see the "Where to Buy" page), or check with your local retailers. Call 1-800-334-4031 for more information.
    • Please note that RBG3X replacement brush heads can only be purchased online or by calling our toll-free number.
    How do I know which brush head will fit my Interplak®?
    Most handles have a model number printed on the back. If your handle does not have a model number, look at the graphic shown below to see which handle looks like yours and then check the number chart for the corresponding handle and brush head numbers.     How long should I use my Interplak® brush head?
    Brush heads should be replaced every 3 to 4 months, just like a manual toothbrush.  
    What type of toothpaste should I use with my Interplak® toothbrush?
    To prolong the life of your brush head, we recommend using gel toothpaste without baking soda, whiteners or tartar control substances. Abrasive additives can clog the mechanical gears within the brush head, decreasing its efficiency and requiring more frequent replacement.  
    Why is my water jet tank leaking?
    First, make sure the water tank is firmly engaged with the dock. If the leak persists, make sure you are taking proper care of the unit – the valve and valve seat in the water tank need to be kept clean. Please follow the cleaning and care instructions in the instruction booklet.  
    Why isn't my sonic vibration working?
    1. Dead battery: Simply replace the battery
    2. Dirty contact: Clean contact with cotton swab
    3. Loose battery cap: Turn the battery cap to the closed position
    4. Sonic ON/OFF button on handle is in OFF position: Just press Sonic ON/OFF button to ON
    Why am I not getting adequate pressure from my unit?
    1. Tank is not positioned properly: Reposition the tank and push down firmly
    2. Tip is clogged with debris: Try a different tip; clean or replace tip that is clogged
    3. Pressure control is on low setting: Adjust pressure control to higher setting
    Why isn't my main unit starting?
    Check your wall outlet to make sure it is functioning and that power is reaching the unit. Try the electrical reset button and wall switches. If this does not solve the problem, the unit might need to be primed: Fill the water tank to the MAX fill line and turn the pressure dial to the maximum setting. Point the water jet attachment towards the sink and turn the unit on. Within 1 minute, water will begin to flow through the attachment. Make sure to reduce the pressure to your desired level before use.  
    Can I use mouthwash instead of water with the Water Jet?
    We do not recommend the use of mouthwash with the Water Jet.  
    Are replacement water tanks available?
    Please call our customer service number, 1-800-344-4031, to determine if a replacement tank is available for your model.
